Online Bookings
All rates are GST (15%) inclusive and are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). Any currency exchange rate variances are customer cost.
Deposits and Payments
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made via Kakatu Retreat New Zealand . No refunds will apply to cancellations within 14 days of the date of arrival.
Amendments to Bookings
All amendments must be made to Kakatu Retreat New Zealand. If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers it will be treated as a cancellation.
Child Ages
No children under the age of 7 years.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with Kakatu Retreat New Zealand.
Late Check-In
If Guests are arriving later than 7:00 pm, we ask the guest to contact Kakatu Retreat during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements.
Credit Cards
A valid credit card in the name of the guest must be presented on check-in. Any damage caused during the stay, including smoking or eating in rooms may be charged against that card. Extra cleaning will incur a minimum charge of $50.00 per hour.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Special Requests
Special requests are on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed.
No Guarantee of Room Availability
Your room choice may not always be available.
No Liability for Loss
Guests are personally responsible for their personal effects and Kakatu Retreat will not be liable for damages or properties lost at the lodge.
